Had my tires shipped directly to local service shop, arrived within days. Installation price was established during my purchase of tires so I knew what to expect to pay. Local shop installed tires at the set price. Easy as it gets!
Loaded in my cars searched winter tires for them and got awesome selection. Picked the ones I wanted and Boom! Bought, scheduled for install, just waiting for notification they in for install!
The reason I like TireRack is because you can easily compare tires, quality, low prices, technical help, and free shipping 🚢 😀.
Recommended to anyone needing to buy quality tires. Will buy from again!
Living in a rural area with only a few tire shops that typically only carry major brands and styles (or no-name brands I won't trust), Tire Rack is my go-to for finding the tires I need. Plus, their test videos and tire rankings are extremely helpful in deciding what tires to choose from and ultimately which tire to choose.
Super easy and reliable services for cars and trucks
We've ordered tires several times and they've always sent us what we ordered at reasonable prices. The free shipping is always nice.
It's been awhile since I ordered directly through my own personal account but I do order tires from here a lot
This is the third set of tires purchased in the past 10 years. They do a great job.
I've always been treated fairly and well - and I appreciate the courtesy. I suspect that this is my 6th or 7th order; I recommend TireRack to all of my family and friends. Now that TireRaand Discount Tires are affiliated, there is no reason for me to shop elsewhere.
Purchasing the tires online and having them shipped free to my installer is the easiest way to get a great tire at a great price.
It was all good. Easy to order. Delivery was on time. And Installer did a great job.
First, I love tire rack. I have seven cars, all of which I have previously purchased tires through tire rack for over a decade. Sadly, that experience is now tainted by the road hazard contract administrator, Nation Safe Drivers, for deceptive trade practices. Tire Rack uses an app designed by NSD of Boca Raton Florida to process the road hazard claims. Shortly after entering all relevant claim information, the App will send an email explaining that the claim is approved and to send POF purchase for new tire and receipt for install. However, after doing this, the app will then place the claim in a new post approval "further review" status and request photo evidence of the damaged tire. Problem? 2-3 weeks after the claim is approved who retains photos of the damaged tire? In the majority of cases, the tire has now been disposed by the installer! Once you are unable to send the damaged tire photos NSD denies the claim (quite the scheme). This process took me over a month to navigate and luckily I was able to get an affidavit statement from the installer and tech that inspected the tire that was destroyed by road debris 30 days ago. After wasting more than 5 hours of my time, the claim was finally resolved and two weeks later I received a check from NSD. Bothered by what appeared to be a fraudulent claims process, I talked with several people at NSD requesting that they modify the app to request proof of damaged tire inspection photos at the front end of the process. Notwithstanding a promise that they were doing that, it has yet to happen. Instead requesting proof of damage as the last or later step allows NSD to make money by denying claims. Most people will not have the ability to spend over 5 hours to gather proof. This all could have all been avoided had the NSD app been designed to make the last step the first step. Buyer beware, take close up photos with tire serial numbers as first step.
Best prices, valuable insight and free delivery. All you could ask for.
I trust Tire Rack and their installer. I would not shop anywhere else.
Tires are one of the things were you are unable to tell the quality of the tire just by looking at it. You have to depend on outside sources and other buyers experiences and their feedback
Tire Rack was the only place that had all the suspension parts I needed, the price was better than piecing everything together from different sites, and the CS team is super friendly, so I'm very happy there. However, the site wasn't super detailed about what all was included in each box. The strut mounts "have everything you need" to install them based on the details page and what the CS agents told me, but there were a few parts that weren't actually included that I had to reuse from the old suspension I removed. Tire Rack is great, but double check that you actually have everything that you need.
The specialists were super helpful, but I felt like I needed them more than I should. Descriptions on the suspension parts I was looking at were pretty thin, and I had a lot of "does this include...?" questions that should be answerable without a live chat.
The online purchase was much more difficult than previously. I knew the tire I wanted for my 1966 e-type Jaguar -- a new Pirelli classic tire in a non-standard size, but when I listed my car type, the site refused to provide it as an option. The only option was the original standard size, but I have larger rims and tires so that's what I wanted, but it was only with some difficulty that I could find and order them. I had to come into the site without logging in to get to them. I did that to make the order than I could log-in.
Thank you for sharing your concern. We have a tab in the process to change the search for a custom size. We are reviewing the design of the display to help make these options more easily found.
We apologize for the frustration and hope the new tires work great on you Jag.
Well due to an ice storm none of the delivery services were running. Having tracked my tires to one locally I picked them up in person. The TR employee I was in contact with credited my account for the trouble which was very kind of her. So I beat the tire rush and got a little discount, a win/win if you will. Yall are my go to tire source now. Thx
Pretty easy to find the tires I need and shipping is fast. Not so intrusive, letting me buy what I need.
I've been buying tires from Tire Rack for years. You'd think I'd have easy access to my past order history. Nope. Wanted to buy another pair of trailer tires to match the ones I bought last spring and I can't access any info (tire brand/size) without an order number. Weird.

Answer: I have used tire rack for multiple tires and wheels on various vehicles successfully, but no more. V. bad customer service experience after the sale and delivery. (12-16-20 through 1-21-22)
Answer: Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
Answer: They sell good tire brands and names and no knockoff that I know of.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will review the process.
