I have been buying tires off the site for many years. When you are living outside a metro area it can be hard to find what you want, no problem with tire rack, get the tires delivered to my house and pay Larry at the auto shop to install them. The hardest part is getting 4 tires in the back of my Mini. Now that I live in the big city(?) it is just easy to order them and have them delivered to a shop to mount them. It is not the rock bottom make Mr Roper proud, bottom of the barrel price but I like the convenience of the one stop shop(site). I don't have to call 12 places looking for the best deal or visit tons of websites trying to find what I want and if they are in stock, etc, etc, etc and the prices are competitive. Yes, they charge me an extra buck or two per tire to mount them because I did not buy them there, but the whole experience is what works for me. I will definitely buy my next set of tires here, too.

The website is slow and glitchy, but otherwise easy to navigate. Inflation made tire prices rise almost $30 per tire. But delivery was fast and the tire is quality made.

My tires arrived as stated to the professional installer. The installer honored my appointment and put the tires on the car in a reasonable time. Just one thing, I never saw my NEW tires before the install. I had a sliver of doubt that the shop could switch out my ordered tires for some instore. The intall price was pretty good and i saved close to $300 by choosing Tire Rack. I also found the financing options to be asy to use. I was hesitant of using my own money to pay for a large product without immediate receipt of the tire. Using the Affirm payment.
