Not tire rack's fault but UPS delivered to incorrect address. Instead of picking up at the incorrect address they had my mechanic go get them!

Contacted me right away, trying to find out if I wanted to keep them as is(damaged rim), or get it changed. Took just a few texts to explain problem and get it taken care of.
