My last experience with Tire Rack involved a return. I had ordered tires with an aspect ratio far too high to fit on my car. I was not looking forward to trying to get them sent back because returns are usually a hassle. After considering selling the tires for a loss and ordering new ones I decided to reach out to customer service about the return. The process was the easiest I have had. The service associate took care of all the details, all I had to do was wait for a UPS driver to come by with return labels, stick them on the tires and then let UPS pick them up. I got a full refund and didn't pay anything for the return shipping. I promptly ordered a new set in the correct aspect ratio.

Bought 8 tires for two different cars and best tires for prices

I needed new tires for my 2021 Toyota Tundra 1794. I don't drive it much—mostly keep it for hauling or the occasional trip—so I wanted something quiet, long-lasting, and comfortable on the highway. No off-road nonsense, just pavement use in Texas.
Picked the Bridgestone Dueler H/L Alenza Plus in P275/55R20 after comparing a bunch on TireRack. Price was good at $208 each (even better after the $80 rebate mail-in—no credit card needed). Set came to about $754 total after rebate. Free road hazard protection was a nice bonus.
Ordering was easy. Site showed real stock and clear delivery dates. Tires showed up fast—delivered right on time to my door in Arlington. Packaging was solid, no damage.
Mounted them at Discount Tire locally (they matched the price). Ride is smooth and quiet, just like the old stock Bridgestones but fresher. No road noise at highway speeds. Handles wet roads well so far, and the 80k warranty gives peace of mind since I put low miles on the truck.
TireRack made it simple from start to finish.

By now a customer should get a rebate included in the price during checkout, even if it includes filling a form, the whole transaction should be included instead of having to do it separately

I was able to find the correct TPMS for my vehicle quickly while I looked for new wheels. I was able to quickly purchase the new TPMS and I had them the next day. I have since ordered new wheels and will get everything together at my tire shop.
