Ordered set of 4 new tires and delivered to my mechanics garage and left message to only leave during hours of operation and had no issues with the delivery.
Bought Bilstein 5100 shocks for my SUV 10 yrs ago and one of the shocks came apart (the shaft unthreaded itself from the bottom eyelet/mount), called tire rack and was told it was old for warranty but we'll give you discount if you buy another.

We've been purchasing from TR since probably the early 90's. All of our purchases have been spot on, whether for our Dodge 2500 van, our PT Cruiser, our Ford F 150, or a Porsche. Even the studded snows were great. We often order for friends and family, and we've never had an y issues. Delivery is always lightning quick, customer service has always been extremely helpful. I have used Tire rack multiple times and it is easy every time. Their tire sizes are spot on to my vehicles so there is no need to know your tire size going in. Their prices are better than any mechanic I have used and they can help you find an installer.
