Fast quick and easy although review process is extremely annoying requiring x amount of characters

Since the last time making a purchase to this time is a full pain. Why not just make it very simple ie: are these the tyres you would like to purchase? Yes! And then go directly to check out, fill in your info and be done. Don't need to be asked a thousand questions not if I still want to make the purchase of the tyres I selected. Please stop asking all the questions. The process should take a minute and be done.

Only critique I have relates to BMW and their annoying warranty stipulations to use only "BMW Star Rated" tires on their X Drive cars. When using the shop-by-vehicle feature for a BMW X-drive car, I think your site should prominently warn the buyer of this watch-out. My experience was that I bought non star rated tires and was then informed by the dealership that they wouldn't work on the car, costing me a few $hundred in taxes and mounting.

Simple, easy to find tires/information at comparable prices for all name brand tires

I've researched several sets of tires for friends and family over the years. Everyone has been delighted with the tires we selected. I bought three sets of tires about 10 years ago for all three of our vehicles at the time.

Love that Tire Rack confirms what tires will work well with my vehicle. It's like having my own tire expert on line.

Dealership is super expensive, and I found this site to be super inexpensive and plus they help with the location of an installer close to you.

Tirerack has been nothing short of flawless every time I had to deal with them and the breath of selection across all market segments for tires means I just default to Tirerack.

The order was delivered on time as promised. The overall price was not lower than visiting a tire store after installation and disposal charge. I am not 100% sure that I selected the best tires for my truck. I did use the selection tool provided on the site

I've used Tire Rack numerous times and always find the best pricing there. Even beat out Costco in most instances. Superfast delivery as well.
