ASAP tire cancel my appointment the day of installation appointment, it was on 12/21/2022. I ordered the tires on 12/15/2022. Very inconvenient.

I am usually pretty skeptical about making big purchases online without seeing said product upfront but tire rack.com definitely exceeded my expectations. I got a great deal (lowest i was able to find anywhere / even lower than the manufactureres own website and retail shop for the same exact tire) on a set of firestone tires, they shipped out quickly and on time. I went to my local Midas (who were also exceptionally good) where they installed them at a great price as well. All around great experience!

Have ordered at least a dozen sets of tires from tire rack. I priced at Costco and BJ's as well as other tire shops with the best deals and convenience always coming from the Tire Rack.

Shopping tools are awesome.
Small detail got me worried though, I had "LOADING" on my screen for way too long after placing the order, but luckily all worked out after page refresh and placing the order once more. Pfew :)

So easy, they are a great company. I screwed up an order before,they were great about it.

The tires recommended section were not the best tires and using the Chat line to communicate questions resulted in continually dropped things I typed and a real struggle until finally getting a high recommendation for the Michelins I originally wanted.
