Shopping tools are awesome.
Small detail got me worried though, I had "LOADING" on my screen for way too long after placing the order, but luckily all worked out after page refresh and placing the order once more. Pfew :)

Have to revisit once i receive tires, received tires before delivery date that was giving. Fast shipping

So easy, they are a great company. I screwed up an order before,they were great about it.

The tires recommended section were not the best tires and using the Chat line to communicate questions resulted in continually dropped things I typed and a real struggle until finally getting a high recommendation for the Michelins I originally wanted.

To start, I love Tire Rack. I've bought tires as far back as when you had to browse the back pages of Car & Driver magazine. I've dropped a star due to the fact that your mobile site has a design or layout flaw. Once I paid through PayPal it returned me to www.tire rack.com. By what was on the screen of my iPhone Pro 14 it looked like the transaction was complete. Two days later I called customer service and we determined I still had 4 tires in my cart. That seemed odd. I wasn't prompted to but I scrolled and it revealed a complete order button. That should definitely be blatantly obvious and on a phone's field of view without the need to scroll anywhere up or down. I've made two installation appointment cancellations now because when PayPal showed order is complete I believed it to be so.

This was very very easy. And very very Fast. But the weights fell off, I had to get them rebalanced. Still very happy with the purchase. They look great on my car.

Ease of use of site. Happy customer service called to make sure my purchase was accurate. Received tires ahead of schedule. I also liked that they would ship to installer but I chose not to do so.

Note: Discount Tire observed the tire was manufactured 4 yrs ago. Is that normal to be in stock that long? Any risk of deteriorization? Frankly, is does not LOOk like a new tire, but maybe because I had it shaved…

I looked for wheels and tires. When you selected wheels according to your car, Tire Rack had packages, so you could also choose the tires. On the chat was an expert and not an automated-programmed machine. The person knew the difference in touring tires and all-season tires, and the way I drive, the person gave me the perfect recommendation--and no upselling to a higher priced tire. But the most amazing part of my experience was that the tires and wheels were delivered on time and to my garage, not a pre-arranged garage. And, they came in one day. Incredible. It is hard to get this kind of service anymore.
