Tire Rack makes the process as easy as it can be. Found the tires I wanted and the installation facility was about a mile from my house. I get the benefit of professional installation of the brands I want to buy, regardless of the state of the inventory at my local tire store.

Great price, great website, the shipping is still the weak spot in this process.

Maybe it's my phone, but the website is very clunky and a little hard to use. Also, just wanted a replacement for one wheel and tire I bought a set of through tire rack, but it was very hard to find an order history so I could be sure I picked the right stuff. It took a lot more work to figure out what I need because of it. I was able to find what I needed, and the products are great. I like that the mounting and balancing are no charge, and the wheel and tire is completely ready to bolt on to the vehicle when it arrives. Great service.

Overall very good. Helpful data and selection suggestions. Most of all appreciated the help made necessary by the delivery screw up.

Website is very informative. Price for same tires is competitive with local retailers. If delivery is on time and tires are undismayed, I will shop Tire Rack again. All around positive shopping experience so far.

The only issue I had was when I applied for the credit card it kicked me off the tire rack website to fill out the credit card application. Once I did that then I had trouble checking my order out the tire rack website. The site wouldn't let me proceed without entering a cvv2 number and since I just applied for the credit card I had no cvv2 number.

A little more clarity with how to setup the appointment for the tires to be installed at Discount Tire would be nice. The rest of the process was a straight forward and intuitive.
