Was simple.

Placed the order, followed the on screen instructions, paid for the order. UPS delivered but as usual I had issues on that side of things but Tire Rack did their job.

So far was easy, I just ordered the tires, had them installed, need some snow to find out.

Delivery was in 2 days, which was great in the middle of Christmas and New Year's! I received tracking information for the tires by email. The only challenge was on the receiving end by Walmart in Monroe GA - they weren't familiar with receiving tires like this so I had to learn and then coach them.
I would definitely use Tirerack again if my local place didn't have the tires I wanted.

Excellent Customer Service, Within minutes of placing a tire order a represent called to ensure I ordered the correct size for my. Have a Ram 1500 which normally is factory fitted with P-Metric tires, however vehicle has been lifted providing room for larger tires. Thank You Tire Rack for making sure our purchase was made correctly.
