Tires are great, delivery was fast. Installation at third party provided by tire rack was great could have better off loading and accounting of tires from tire rack. Otherwise great job.

As many as 10 other sites looked at for price, this was the same or better every time, and it came with free road hazard warranty.

My first experience worked out well. The exact tires I wanted were delivered to the local Discount Tire long before they could even squeeze me in for an early-morning appointment. When I got there, I only needed to pay the install fee, and I was in and out within about 45 minutes, tops. I would recommend the Tire Rack and Discount Tire combo purchase/installation to anybody. I feel like if you show up to the tire store without preorder, you risk them selling you what they have in stock that day. I am back today to order tires for my other vehicle. Everything worked smooth, so I don't need to try to find some other option.

I had purchased as a guest in the past. A helpful customer service person named Jill via the chat helped me align old orders that were purchased as a guest to be under one account. Great service, easy to order, delivery to my local shop and such.

This will be my second time using Tire Rack. The experience is wonderful all around, from: shopping, shipping, and communication. They hold strong with modesty and valued aspects as a company, so you know what to endure without question. With the variety choice of tires and with detailed specks to choose from on special deals with purchase. This is my shopping channel or Walmart hands down.

Loved my tires. I got Blizzak's for the winter. I bought a new car so getting another set. I fell very safe on the road in the winter with these tires!

The site is easy to navigate through, especially for someone like me that don't know a lot about tires. I had a question so I called the customer service line and immediately spoke to someone that was extremely nice and patient with me. The call lasted maybe 10 mins and I hungup feeling satisfied and proceeded to place my order with no further concerns.

This is my second time ordering from TireRack. I used to recommend my friends with mobile installation service, which I feel is great. But the 2nd time, the cost almost doubled. Tirerack should find more decent installers for mobile delivery and installation, rather than rely on random person.

I've been buying tires from Tire Rack for nearly 20 years because:

1) I can get reviews from people who own the same car as I do and who give honest assessments of how the tires perform on that particular vehicle under the conditions that interest me.

2) The prices are acceptable.

3) The (*free*) delivery times are great (although I should say I live relatively near one of their main warehouses).

I have a very local installer who does a lot of auto service for me and is happy to mount the tires, so I can't comment on Tire Rack's installers.

I've never had a bad experience in years buying from Tire Rack--it's not worth my time and effort to look for anything which might be "better". I'm *very* picky about the tires I buy and Tire Rack carries brands most tire stores have never even heard of (example-- Me: "What tires do you carry?" Local Tire Dealer:"We carry all brands." Me: "Do you carry Vredestein?" Local Tire Dealer:... crickets...

Tire Rack makes researching tires for my vehicle simple. I can place an order and get great prices and free delivery. They even help me get my tires mounted at a quality service provider.

Purchase of Vredestein tires which I am replacing today for my 2016 Mazda CX-5. Tires served very well and am therefore replacing with another set of these excellent tires.
