I've bought tires for myself and my son from Tire Rack for 3 vehicles over the years, and all have performed as good as their ratings. The prices have been excellent in all cases. It's a great operation.

Over two years ago we made our first purchase with the help of customer service. Ordered the same tires online tonight for our truck again!

All in all I got what I paid for. Unfortunately I got confused and order the wrong size tires for my triumph. Guess I'll live with them till spring and then decide what I can do.

I had ordered a set of blizzak tires for 2016 mazda 6. I installed and noticed some minor thumping while driving seemed unbalanced. A time later I tried inquiring of Tire Rack Support about getting rebalanced and the support person wasn't able to help me. Not sure of the date that's why it says 10-22-2022.

I have ordered tire sets and snow tires on wheels. This time I'm ordering a single tire to replaced one damaged on a barely-used set.

I'd been a tech at Datsun/Nissan dealerships for over 30 years, changed over to Network Engineer, but never stopped working on my own vehicles (13 + 4 Harleys) and I've always been extremely impressed with Bridgestone tires. I usually use either these or BFGoodrich. Good value at price & quality.

I got 4 tires for my daughter's car and she blew a tire out on a pot hole. I sent pictures and a claim and a replacement tire was sent out very timely with no questions asked.

Tire rack prices are all sold. The cheapest I have seen and many dealerships and auto shops in the area purchase from Tire rack. So why not save a few dollars by purchasing directly through them rather than pay the extra cost from the dealership or auto shops.

I purchased a set of Bridgestone tires about 3 years ago and they served me well. They were smooth on the road, but not very durable. I got about 4 nails in my tires in the time that I had them. Maybe it's a coincidence but 3 of the nails were in the same tire. I also drove with them in the snow. On the snow filled road not much of a problem, on the highway big problem. They are not snow tires which could explain why they didn't grip the road very well, but never the less they have gotten me to where I needed to go. The tread is wearing now and I feel a slight shaking and vibration between 60-80 mph; so I'm getting a new set of four to see if that resolves that issue. This time I'm going with the more expensive and higher rated Scorpions. I hope they ride just as smooth if not smoother than the Bridgestones. I would not buy the brimstones agin only because they are very pricey and they don't seem to hold up as well for the price. Now that I think about it I got the Bridgestone's at a discounted price. Still when I priced the same tire now; the price is much higher. Let's see how the Scorpions do.

You guys did what you said you were going to do by delivering on time thereby I got my vehicle back in a reasonable amount of time. I am expecting the same service this time by getting my tires tomorrow so that I can have them put on the following day. Keep up the good work and thank you!

I like being able to review all my options and I am close enough that I can save $40 and pick up my tires at their distribution center.

At 52, I have been using Tire Rack since my College years. 1st package 📦 was MSW... then OZ... Niche...
To just tires for daily drivers. From catalog orders to now internet... Tire Rack still remains personable and informative. Making one's experience unmatched by any other service provider. Competitive prices and educated employees... Tire Rack is the best option.

Everything was great on the site i just wish you would incorporate apple / google pay so I could have ordered while I was waiting for a new card

UPS delivered one of the tires in my order to an address that is 15 miles away from me. I was contacted by the recipient, and picked up the tire myself, as I was not trusting the UPS process.Ironically,a pharmacy delivery was wrongly delivered to my address, and was supposed to go to an address 25 miles away.
