In the past I bought 6 set of tires and wheels from Tire Rack and was satisfied with the service. The last set of wheels and tire had bad TPMS sensors installed( would not wake up). The set new sensors and set up and appointment the Discount Tire (owned by owners or Tire Rack) to have the replaced. Their preferred shop installed them on the back side of the wheel not the normal front side valve stem position. The wheels have two holes for valve stems. The rear holes came plugged from Tire Rack. The valve stems rubbed the rear brake lines. I have spent 6 hours between travling to tire stores and trying to activate the bad TPMS sensors. Tire Rack says not their problem even though they sent the bad original TPMS sensors and instructed me to use their Discount Tire store for repairs. Never will use Tire Rack again. The website will also indicate that wheels are in stock and they are not.

Very satisficed it was easy and simple! Many choices too choose from and rapid delivery!

Although unsure why local discount-tire facility not listed as available installer, they had what I needed at a great price, and excellent service...e.g. They called to confirm I really meant to order winter tires in summer.

Rating the website use and shipping process. More to come once we ride on the tires awhile. The use of the site, as it relates to searching, optiosn, ratings, etc. was the best of three I was going through. The ordering was just as user-friendly, and the tires arrived as said. All in all, great site and savings on tires!

Extremely easy to find what I was looking for and found a great set of tires on clearance for half the price. Can't beat that, got them in 2 days as well. No complaints here.

It was easy that after hitting a pothole and damaging one rim,that,I could refer to previous orders to order two more rims and tires. I will then be able to see if damaged rim can be repaired. (None of the tires seem to be damaged)

I like the fact that selection is limited to brands that i know and recognize. Other tire stores offer oft the wall tires. The testing and evaluation of specific tires is also a great help

Tires cam e on time as advertised and in great condition. They hadn't been laid over and crushed so they sealed on the rim without any diffcultly. Fantastic value for the money and they were the same brand that came on my Jayco swift. This is thes econd set of these tires I have purchased. The first set I replaced the tires on my car trailer. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase tires from tire rack again. Thankyou!

Website was easy to use. Tire tach had the model of Michelin tire that I was told by other dealers was discontinued. I needed only two tires and wanted them to match existing tires on my vehicle. I literally ordered them one day and received them the very next day! Wow, that is excellent service!
