What a great store. My father needed a tire replaced so i sent him to America's Tire to have his tires installed. They educated him without insulting his intelligence or without being preachy or pedantic, he left the store very confident that he had made a good purchase. Sometimes he doesn't understand

It's hard ordering on a cell phone, but it works. The rebate sealed the deal especially with Customer Service support in filing it. The invoice(s) received with receipt of the tires is critical, but not necessarily sufficient, for rebate submission.

Very easy and helpful site to navigate
I am a long-time customer of the tire rack. I like the tire product reviews provided to help me decide the tire I wish to purchase. This time I purchase the tires I needed and had them sent directly to the installer. Prior to that they were sent to me, and I had to put them in my car and take them to the installer. Well, the installer installed call me to make an appointment for installation. Two tires were balanced and installed plus rotate tire front to back wase done for a total of $45 dollars. Everyting went well from start to finish.
