My son pointed me at your website, and buying experience. It was just as he said, very easy, from beginning to end. The only thing missing was the option, like last time, of picking up the tires at the Burien Distribution Center, and saving some money. I would've been more than happy to do that.

Easier than shopping in a showroom. Faster than Costco. And for my Mazda3 5-door, about $500 less than the dealer was charging for comparable tires. I spent $800 for 4 Kumho ECSTA PA51 XL tires, install and alignment; would have been $1300+ at the Mazda dealer. Even better: The dealer is in the Tire Rack installation network, so I had them mounted where I planned to go for the alignment. All in one shot. Sweet.

Finding my tires was easy, and getting them shipped to my shop of choice was easy as well. These tires were cheaper than from a tire shop.

Super easy! Got a notice that my tires were at Firestone ready for install, that was overnight! So I got lucky, I got next day tires, from Seattle to Portland.

Easy to navigate site and Q+A. I was buying a set of winter and on road A/T wheels and tires for my vehicle. After reading the Q&A on the site about tires and wheels I also did a chat when I put the items in my cart to assure they would fit. I received multiple shipments all on time or ahead of the days TR committed to.

Nice website with more information about the products than anywhere else. Even the tire manufactures do not have as much product detail available online.

This is my go-to site for Tire purchases. It's always easy to search and I appreciate the comparison feature and consumer reviews.

I had an absolute nightmare experience with Carid! I'm serious. I was bound and determined to do what I set out to do for my daughter for her birthday. Tire rack came through like you wouldn't believe! After receiving half my order and being told that the other half couldn't be filled for lack of inventory by the manufacturer, I gave tire rack a call and in less than 48 hrs my complete order was on my door step! No fuss no muss! Done. Same product from the same manufacturer and at reduced price! It's refreshing to know that there is still a company that knows what customer service is. I'm a customer for life! Thank you TR for restoring my faith in a American business!

Tire Rack always delivers. Maybe switch to Fedex Express, the service is much better than Fedex Ground. I got 5 tires on time and 1 showed up the following day.
