Good website and good help from Austin. The use of recycled outer boxes with incorrect (wheel size) labels was confusing when I received the shipment. I sent an email to Austin and he explained the practice. It would reduce confusion to let customers know in advance to ignore the labels on the outer box.

Selected a Tire Rack approved installer in Haskel, TX and when I tried to call them in advance of receiving tires learned they were permanently closed. No longer in business. Representative said they were not aware as installer never notified you but seems like a quality control process is missing.
I had a complete failure of the tread/ sidewalk joint. Had to replace damaged tyre, and it was easy. Their provider pays for both the tyre and installation.
After carting tires, I found it difficult to move to brakes.:Lots of searching rather than brakes w/ all info, on pulldown.
