I built a winter tire/wheel package and am having it shipped directly to my residence since I am capable of installing them myself. The tools for selection were great, and I found exactly what I wanted. However, my problem was when I went to check out there was no confirmation that I had selected that the package come mounted and balanced. So, I started the process over again, and made sure I selected that option.

Simply a note/line at final checkout that states they will arrive mounted and balanced would be very reassuring in the future.

I've purchased three sets of wheels from them and have never been disappointed. When I have questions, their customer service team is right there to help. Their site is easy to navigate and I especially like how you can put your desired wheels on a picture of your car, so that you can see what it will look like!

I ordered wheels recently, didn't add tires because i figured I'd get those in person. 2 companies couldn't find anything I was looking for in a 17 inch rims. I was told no one made such tires. Not 5 minutes on the phone with customer care which thankfully are real people, gave me a proper tire size and a bunch of options I was looking for. These people are great 👍
