I needed a replacement tire due to a road hazard, and the included warranty claims process could not be easier. Start claim, buy replacement, submit invoice, and wait for a check.
The tire selection page made it easy to compare the different options, and select the tires that will meet my needs.
I have purchased many sets of tires and snow tires for my family. Even though we have children living is other states the purchases were very easy and delivery too them directly.
I bought a set of Michelin tires for my Z06 Corvette. Tire Rack includes road hazard coverage for free. With less than 1,000 miles on this set, I "found" debris that punctured my tire. My local Chevrolet dealership would not attempt to repair the tire. I filed a claim and bought a new tire from Tire Rack. It was promptly delivered in two days. The price was less than the dealership.
Using this site was super easy and made the entire experience of replacing my tires on my vehicle convenient. Highly recommend.
I have been buying my tires from Tire Rack for over 25 years. Obviously they have always been great or I would not be back again. Free delivery and road hazard always close the deal for me.
I contacted Tire Rack to ask questions about a tire purchase and spoke with Ozzy who helped make my selection easy. The order process was quick and easy.
Tire rack is the only place I bought tires over the last 15 to 20 years. Hands down the best company to order from, next day shipping and you can't beat the prices.
As a customer near a Distribution Center, I wish the site had a better way of filtering and displaying the options readily available for pickup. Customer Service is always ready and willing to help with any order though, so that's always a plus. Thanks again Tanner for catching the mixup and promptly finding a solution... smooth save! Hopefully the Road Hazard & Warranty experience goes smoothly as well.
It has been a few years since I last ordered from Tire Rack but as I remember it was a super smooth ordering process just as it was today. I appreciate it! Many thanks!
Warehouse staff are always professional and courteous to retail customers even though they're busy with professional installers all day
I enjoy Tire Rack's reviews. I have purchased multiple sets of tires from Tire Rack. They are always delivered within 1-2 business days. Their pricing has always been fair. I have also had the need to use the tire road hazard warranty included with every purchase. The replacement process is very easy. It is a tremendous value.
This is the third set of tires I am ordering for the same vehicle. Finding my previous order was very easy and simply selecting the order again made it even easier. Deliveries are always very prompt.
I ordered the wrong size rims for my car. Tire Rack customer service was wonderful, I spoke to a person each time. They sent boxes, tape and even covered the return shipping. The customer service representatives were professional, polite and could not have been more helpful.
I have never had a bad experience buying my tires using Tire Rack. It is very convenient and I will continue buying my tires this way.
If you want BFG ta/ko's, or Michelin pilot sport's, and you live in Northern California, and you're close enough to pick them up yourself in Sparks, Nevada. I've done both (and more) and I haven't found a cheaper option, besides not living in California. When I'm fortunate enough not to live in California, I typically use Costco - pricing is very close, if they have what you want, and they use nitrogen which is a huge bonus if you want to visit pikes peak.
I have never had any negative experiences with Tire Rack and have purchased from them many times. Customer service is always excellent and they stand behind their road hazard protection.
I've been buying wheels and tires from Tire Rack for over 20 years and they have always had great prices, selection, and service.
I've ordered many sets of these tires and wheels from TireRack. I've never had a bad experience with y'all.
Info questionmark circles are hard to click because the page moves around too much and pops up too much leading me to click the wrong thing too manuy times. Very frustrating.
Nearly 25 years of purchasing wheels and tires for various vehicles. Service has always been great and company representatives have been outstanding when I have had questions.
I accidentally ordered the wrong tire for my work van and the sales consultant caught the mistake and called me right away with an easy fix and got me taken care of without delay, how awesome is that?
