I have purchased many sets of tires and snow tires for my family. Even though we have children living is other states the purchases were very easy and delivery too them directly.

I bought a set of Michelin tires for my Z06 Corvette. Tire Rack includes road hazard coverage for free. With less than 1,000 miles on this set, I "found" debris that punctured my tire. My local Chevrolet dealership would not attempt to repair the tire. I filed a claim and bought a new tire from Tire Rack. It was promptly delivered in two days. The price was less than the dealership.

Using this site was super easy and made the entire experience of replacing my tires on my vehicle convenient. Highly recommend.

As a customer near a Distribution Center, I wish the site had a better way of filtering and displaying the options readily available for pickup. I ordered the wrong size rims for my car. Tire Rack customer service was wonderful, I spoke to a person each time. They sent boxes, tape and even covered the return shipping. The customer service representatives were professional, polite and could not have been more helpful.

I have never had a bad experience buying my tires using Tire Rack. It is very convenient and I will continue buying my tires this way.

If you want BFG ta/ko's, or Michelin pilot sport's, and you live in Northern California, and you're close enough to pick them up yourself in Sparks, Nevada. I've done both (and more) and I haven't found a cheaper option, besides not living in California. When I'm fortunate enough not to live in California, I typically use Costco - pricing is very close, if they have what you want, and they use nitrogen which is a huge bonus if you want to visit pikes peak.

I have never had any negative experiences with Tire Rack and have purchased from them many times. Customer service is always excellent and they stand behind their road hazard protection.

I accidentally ordered the wrong tire for my work van and the sales consultant caught the mistake and called me right away with an easy fix and got me taken care of without delay, how awesome is that?
