Website functionality is poor. Sorting by price often doesn't work. Discontinued items with less than 4 available clutter up the page.

Great advice with no waiting, absolutely first rate online interface, excellent info and surveys available online, fast service and delivery.

Needed assistance on offsets and lug nut sizing and they were able to answer my questions. Delivered on time with competitive pricing.

Bought four new tires because tire rack had a $100 rebate BUT the catch is you have to submit an online form. AND you have to have them installed ASAP by a reputable installer. The rebate takes 6-12weeks. Be nice if it was an instant rebate at check out.

I keep coming back to TR. Great prices, some deals occasionally on discontinued etc. I like having road hazard built in. The process of getting a new tire and your $ back is way too cumbersome. But in the end it all works out.

Spent a few thousand dollars 5 years ago. Received a damaged wheel and had to be sent a replacement. Was issued a gift certificate to help with the inconvenience of having to wait for a replacement. Attempted to use the gift certificate today but it is expired. Guess I should buy tires sooner than I need them from now on... disappointing.

Was able to find the tires I needed easily. Was able to compare tire reviews and costs all in one place. Was able to read reviews of installers and their costs to help me choose. Didn't feel intimidated or rushed to make a decision too fast. There was a rebate available, all the info was right on the page so I didn't have to hunt around for it.

I've bought my tires and rims from Tire Rack.com previously for 3 Subaru's- and have been extremely satisfied with the ease of ordering- and the prompt shipping!
When purchasing snow tires, it is much better to purchase separate rims as well- so you're not having to swap summer and winter tires onto one set of rims- that's hard on the tires over time.

Tire Rack has never let me down in the 20+ years I have used them. I buy daily driver and track tires/brakes from them and have always been happy with them.

I purchased a set of 4 Pirelli P Zero Special/closeouts for my Porsche Cayenne GTS in late Spring. I don't worry about the tires being a few years old. I only drive 10-15,000 miles each year so all my tires will eventually be a few years old. I enjoy the price saving more than worrying if my tires were manufactured recently. As long as the tires are stored properly and they are, I don't worry if they are a few years old.

Everything went really well from start to finish. I saved $ 80.00 on my order and the tires were delivered to a leading tire store that was about 10 minutes away. I called them up to see if I could get in before my appointment and they said sure. I was there less then a hour and back on the road. The tires were in excellent condition and just what I ordered. I bought tires for my nissan and they were great! But i tried to buy some white wall tired for my 65 corvair and u did not carry! Please carry or have access to 13 inch tires

I've used the site a few times and have been able to easily navigate the site and purchase tires. I had an issue setting up the installation the last time, but this time it worked flawlessly.
