I've ordered several sets of tires through Tire Rack over the years and I've consistently had good experiences. Even if a tire gets lost, they've worked hard to ensure that it was either found or replaced. I've enjoyed the wealth of information the site gives for tires, in doing their own testing, and also giving a space for those who've bought the tires to personally review them as well.
Change the way the sizes are listed, multiple vertical columns is odd, should be a single drop down, or listed in ascending order left to right over multiple rows. Also have a submenu or radio buttons to click on for different OEM versions of the tires available with tech specs. The 4S tires I saw had this option and it wasn't very obvious to me at a glance. My car doesn't need the sensor mount and this option was almost hidden from me and with higher cost.
For many years, TireRack has been the lowest prices and fastest delivery option I've been able to find. No sacrifice on quality either, these are legitimate. I can't think of any company that deserves a better rating.
Accurate with my order so no complaints, new Continental tires as described, now on to Michelin cross climate 2, expensive but I hope it's worth every penny, judging by reviews they are awesome, only time will tell.

I have used TR for about three purchases so far and I have been happy with the reviews, track tests and the overall results.
A few years ago, I ordered tires to be installed on my existing rims on my truck. They overcharged me for a state inspection, they overcharged me for tire mounting compared to what tire rack had listed price wise, then they tore the sidewall on my tire installing it on my rim. Tire rack at first refused to do anything stating a torn sidewall was not a manufacturing issue or covered under road hazard and that your preferred installer was on the hook for the replacement of the tire that Tire Rack determined was damaged by their preferred installer. Tire rack eventually agreed to pay for half a tire (not sure what I was supposed to do with half a tire) and told me I would have to get the installer to pay the other half or eat it. It wasn't until I went to social media that Tire Rack agreed to replace the full value of the tire (did not include the cost of mounting the replacement at a new installer where I had been stranded with my infant son when I was 30 miles from home with my truck and realized the dangerous condition of my tire - I still had to eat that) caused by Tire Rack's Preferred Installer. Several years later, same owner who refused to correct the situation they caused and YOU (Tire Rack) still recommends/prefers them./
