I was very happy with the customer support with choosing tires and wheels and the delivery speed.
I had one saved installer from where I used to live 2hs away. I asked the site during the order process to give me local installer suggestions by changing the zip code but it would not give any others and just kept saying that based on my zip code my recommended was the best option. Found a more in depth work around and got the order placed with the tires being shipped to the correct installer but I could have easily accidentally sent them to the wrong place.
