Bought winter tires for our car. It was a simple and smooth, choose and checkout transaction. The option to pick up from the warehouse was a great option for me as I live nearby and I was able to save time and money doing so with their discount for pick-up.

I've purchased several (5) vehicles of tires on TireRack and tried a few other sites (2) as well in my years. TireRack has the best VALUE for the DOLLAR over the others (*not always cheapest but better value*)
When ordering your tires it should be option number one deliver to your home or deliver to a cherry shop.

Always had a good experience with Tire rack. With the exception of not getting a $100 Perilli rebate, but that was 100 Perilli!
I have mostly had a positive experience, with the exception of getting the rebates. I never did receive a $100 Pirelli rebate from my last tire order so don't count into your purchase decision. Which is ultimately on Pirelli, but it goes towards the whole experience.
Phone service is very helpful. Online has too many steps in the delivery to payment option.
