The website is great and customer service was very helpful, I only had to wait on hold for 5-10 mins. Prices are very competitive. My only complaint is that the website doesn't allow much freedom when choosing wheel/tire sizes for your car. For example, I wanted wheels with +35 offset, but the site wouldn't allow me to add wheels with that offset to my cart since they "didn't fit my vehicle," although many people use that offset with no problems. They also didn't have that particular wheel in stock, so I had to order the wheels elsewhere or I would be waiting 1-2 months. Overall, though, it was an easy experience and I would use Tirerack.com again.
My previous experience with Tire Rack has been exceptional, except for today experience, which was made more frustrating while completing the app for a Tire Rack cc and entering the information into the order. Got it done though.

I ordered two summer tires and two winter tires because I happened to have two good summer tires and two good winter tires. The sales rep saw this and called to make sure I did not intend to use the mix of tires on the car. Good customer care!
Last time, I needed a tire shaved to match on a flat on a all wheel drive car. Nowhere in town will do it, they want you to buy 4. Tirerack did it, and got it here next day, from a warehouse super close!

Last time I ordered tires I got rims with them. I didn't even know I was getting new lug nuts but they came with them. Not only that they were black to match the rim color. On top of that they obviously mounted and balanced them with gloss black weights. I love it when things match. Arrived from ontrac with cardboard over the rims and didn't have a scratch on them like 3-4 days later. I forget because this was a while ago.

I spoke with a salesman who assured me the warehouse would ship new tires. The tires that were shipped to the installer were over 2 years old. Shipped these back and bought whatever the installer had in stock that more or less worked.

Tire Eack makes it very easy to order tires. They provide all the decision tools, reviews, information and studies you need to make the proper decision.
After placing my order I made an appointment to have the tire installed. The tires were to at the installers location on Friday, that did not happen. The tires were then schedule for delivery on Saturday, that did not happen. Finally, the tires arrived on Monday. I could not understand why only two tires arrived on the schedule date and I had to wait the entire weekend for the reminding two to be delivered. So my question is, why did we need two tracking numbers for each set of tires? One order one tracking number.
Thank you for sharing your concern. The tires are too large to ship as one package and the carriers require a different tracking number on each package. While we ship the packages from our distribution center on the same truck and the numbers are connected electronically, occasionally the freight carriers systems are unable to keep the packages physically together during the process. We will continue to work with the carriers to improve the service our customers receive.

Answer: I have used tire rack for multiple tires and wheels on various vehicles successfully, but no more. V. bad customer service experience after the sale and delivery. (12-16-20 through 1-21-22)
Answer: Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
Answer: They sell good tire brands and names and no knockoff that I know of.
