I spoke with a salesman who assured me the warehouse would ship new tires. The tires that were shipped to the installer were over 2 years old. Shipped these back and bought whatever the installer had in stock that more or less worked.

After placing my order I made an appointment to have the tire installed. The tires were to at the installers location on Friday, that did not happen. The tires were then schedule for delivery on Saturday, that did not happen. Finally, the tires arrived on Monday. I could not understand why only two tires arrived on the schedule date and I had to wait the entire weekend for the reminding two to be delivered. So my question is, why did we need two tracking numbers for each set of tires? One order one tracking number.
Thank you for sharing your concern. The tires are too large to ship as one package and the carriers require a different tracking number on each package. While we ship the packages from our distribution center on the same truck and the numbers are connected electronically, occasionally the freight carriers systems are unable to keep the packages physically together during the process. We will continue to work with the carriers to improve the service our customers receive.

Decided to order up some tires as seeing the ads swayed me to the website. Super easy to plug in your tire sizes if you know what you're looking for. Plenty of options available and finally settled on a set. Quick checkout and quick shipping. Got all tires in one delivery, didn't have to wait for one or two on a separate day. Manufacturers warranty and an easy process. Can't ask for much more.

When trying to make this purchase via ipad and iphone, webpage had issues loading. Ended up having to place order on a computer.
Very happy with the method wheels i ended up with, however it was a process as the first two sets i selected were listed as "in stock" only to be reclassified as special order from manufacturer. It would be nice to know these back orders had occurred before i had authorized payment.
The descriptions of each tire make/model were very helpful in choosing new tires for our Tesla S. While it took a day longer than originally quoted, they were delivered to my local service center for installation. Very happy!
