On time, great quality easy delivery I don't know what else to say

Hey, if you own a car you are going to have to buy tires. Tire Rack is certainly convenient if you know what you need to buy. However the selection of tires has dwindled considerably. The inventory has shrunk and deals are hard to find. But they ship fast and you get what you paid for.

Online purchase is efficient and informative. TireRack provides enough information to research and shop at the same time.

The research and advice provided on the Tire Rack website is very informative. After picking a great set of tires, the website checkout and delivery experience was quick and easy.

I love tire rack because it saves me time AND money! I can do everything on their website and there service is fast and reliable.

It's not clear what the next steps are for arranging the mobile installation. My address for the installation is not the same as the billing address associated with my credit card, and this is a gift, so the contact phone number for the order/billing is different than that for scheduling the installation.

We ordered snow rims and tires for a 2019 Nissan Leaf SL Plus with an electronic parking brake. Your site showed that 15" rims fit. We ordered a set recommended from your site, order #MU*******. They did not fit. https://photos.app.goo.gl/5UPFEewLANMTHdf7A
Short version is it seems the 15"'s fit a manual parking brake car but not an electronic parking brake car.
Multiple calls to try to get this resolved, contact forms to get back to me unanswered, Emails that had a 25% return rate but only early replies.
Customer service needs help.
About a month and a half after original order I finally got the feedback to order a new set and when I did I would get a call tag for these 15"'s that do not fit. I will be calling in for that after finishing this form.

Order needed to be cancelled due to my error. Tire Rack was very helpful resolving the issue.

All went well, had ordered Michelin Pilot Sport 4s, different size front and back, that are not commonly available. Delivery right to my door and had them installed by a shop locally that was refinishing the wheels.

So far have had a great experience. Buying from Tire Rack from now on.

The biggest problem with Tire Rack is the installer recommendations. The Midas that installed a set of tires for me provided service that was painfully bad. First, they broke the keyed lug nuts when removing my tires, and charged me to replace the locked lugnuts. When driving away after installing my tires on the wheels I provided, the car shook horribly. Took it back, they said the problem was my brakes. Told them to check the balance of the tires, they said they did. Asked them to double check and one of the tires was way off balance. Car still wobbled. Later I pulled a tire to discover they failed to remove the hub centering rings from the aftermarket wheels before putting the OEM wheels on. Tried to check all the tires, but two studs broke off when removing the tires. Needed to have the studs replaced. Will need to replace the hub centering rings. Absurd number of problems and extra costs just to have four tires installed.
