Had a great experience before. Easy to ship and get installed. Even had Tire Rack contact me as they made a mistake and corrected it weeks after I had my tires.

Quick solution to Road Hazard claim a few years ago, I had the new tire before I had a replacement rim.

I did not know that option existed for warranties because you don't show them. It's like you have a specific tire you really want to show me for some reason! Buyers are savvy now, so showing all options is a good idea

I was a little confused at first as this is the first time I had to buy tires. Thankfully the site made it an easy experience to shop around and compare. This is my first pick-up truck as well, so I wanted to be certain I had the correct tires needed for the types of travel and workload I was putting on the vehicle as well as terrain I'd be traversing in. Thankfully even as I was about to procure one set of tires the website was able to identify that another set of tires would be a better fit for my duties. They arrived fast and in excellent condition, sadly I had to wait a week to put them on. Once on however they've been perfect for the winter weather I was expecting.

The only issue I had was some confusion about which installer address to deliver to however that was Quickley resolved. I also fat fingered my own address and that was quickly corrected.

I got some tires shipped to me many years ago and it was a great experience.

Simple and easy and very fair to offer free shipping on a tire.
