My only real complaint is the lack of ID.ME option that discount tire offers. Though they now only provide a 5% discount, down from 10%. I will still take tire rack over discount tire and their poor customer service.
While tire rack carries all the well known brands in multiple options, the less known brands, like my favorite brand Nokian, do not seem to have enough styles and sizes to make me happy. Since Nokian is one of the more highly rated tire, and works with Discount Tire, you should have styles like Encompass, Remedy, One, etc available.
I have been using Tire Rack and Mobile Installation at my home for years and for 2 cars. This is the first time it says that my address is out of service range.

I asked about the return of a bad battery because other vendors say I would need to return it to their store because they can't accept hazardous materials by mail. TireRack Customer service said it would not be a problem to ship it back if bad.

It's always good to take your time when you're investing in safety of your vehicle and may take some time to compare tires. Other than that it is quick and easy to do so when you select the compare tab on the tires that may interest you which is a great feature!
Everything was actually really easy to use. I think as long as the user has the correct information to use, I like the different options to look up the tires to search for.
Tire Rack had test results that determined my choice. The tires I wanted were not available from other sources. Tire Rack had them in stock and provided the cost-saving option of installation with Discount Tire.
Your website correctly showed the tires that fit my Corvette and easily paired them. Gus answered my question about shipping to my installer.

Was great. Only problem was that when I got a menu to select Tire Rack installation, EVERY option was blocked out. Otherwise, pretty nice.

I do not need Tire Rack to 'prevent me' to order the size tires I would like for winter use. Need an option to 'other size' in listed to stock recommendations. Also make it easier for shipment to be sent to my home address, I'm still tablet to install myself, thank you. I believe these restrants prevented me from getting the rims I really wanted. I've been a customer for a long time. Don't give me a reason to change.

We purchases over $1100 in tires last year, the tires were never received and NOTHING was ever done about it. This will be the VERY LAST TIME I do business here if anything such as this happens again!

I purchased $1,100 in tires.They were left at the bottom of the driveway which is about 600 ft long after dark! There is no reason they could not have driven up the driveway as someone was there all day waiting for them. The tires were then stolen and now are refusing to do anything about it other than make me jump through hoops! I highly warn anyone who purchases from these guys, they will steal from you if they get the chance. I want anybody that buys her that these people are complete douchebags. Anyone that would steal from people do not deserve to be in business!
