I use Tire Rack exclusively for the tires on all my vehicles over the years and never once failed to deliver superior service and quality tires. This is a great organization, really.

Had to disconnect call with a representative Because he spoke very condescending to me when I was seeking help to find out how to place an order online. He was very impatient so I could not speak to him any longer. I took my time and did it myself online.

I have always purchased my tires from tirerack. Customer service is great and I feel comfortable knowing im getting the best prices and good quality tires.

In a previous order tirerack didn't ship my tires and didn't tell me they didn't ship them. They assumed that I ordered the wrong tires for my mother. When in fact I ordered the precise tires that came with her new vehicle. But tire rack just assumed that I ordered the wrong ones and did not ship them. This caused a big problem for me and my mother. I promise to assist my mother in the purchase of the tires and then she was angry with me because the tires didn't arrive. This was a poor experience. However in the past I've had good experiences with tirerack. I wanted to take advantage of this deal so I'm giving a second chance. I do not remember the exact date of this occurrence but it was back in like 2023.

I've been very happy with these tires except I do overpower them just a bit even 4wd. 6.2 10 speed 2650 mag on 10 pounds tuned. Ride dry and wet Direction is very good so I'm moving to Nitto Dr's

The only issue I had…. They gave me a delivery date. I planned to have my tires installed the next day, but only 2 tires arrived. I did not get an email until late that night that there was a delay with the other two tires. It appears that they came out of 2 separate warehouses. I completely understand, but they should not quote a delivery date unless they are sure both will be shipped the same day.

I always look at the ratings that are important to me, and then the comments. The comments always align with what I am looking for in a tire. I have not been disappointed in all the times I have bought tires.

Purchased many previous tires from tirerack, they always arrive on time and in anticipated condition. Last set was a closeout set of re71-rs that handled a year of autox amazingly until performing just as well on track and until they met their demise from 4 hours over 2 days on the limit.

I liked the fact that my car information was saved from last time. It was easy to tell the system which car I was replacing a tire for, and all worked out.

Helpful, relevant information and gret to know there are actual people available to help with qiestions. Easy to navigate. I found what I wanted right away.

I accidentally ordered run flats and someone reviewed my order and called me to help me correct it. I was very appreciative of the attentiveness as well as the customer service.

I have a Harley-Davidson Trike that the rear tires are CAR tires. You can buy the CAR tires here with no judgement, better than the STOCK H-D tires that came with the Tri-Glide.

Easy guided selection, wheels and tires are good quality. Nicely packaged. Received on time. Great service, wheels balanced with no additional weights! This is a first in my experience and points to the quality and care with which they were prepared.
