Buying tires from tire rack, not only offers a wonderful selection, but also good pricing fast delivery and free to your road hazard warranty, which I found out by accident after getting a big nail in my tire the second day after they were installed. I went to go order a new tire to replace the one with the nail in it and was informed I had a two-year protection and ultimately got a free tire. I did have to pay for the replacement tire, but was refunded the full amount a short time later by the outside warranty company, but I did get the money back, which was awesome. Also no pressure sales tactics on the Internet just choose and pay for the tire you feel best for your car or your budget. Free shipping to local installer or have them come to you. I have done both and worked well either way. Come to your house may cost a little bit more but is definitely a huge convenience to not have to drive to a tire shop and sit around waiting two hours in a dirty tire shop. I've had at home service twice and was impressed that they used two jacks to jack up the side of my car and changed both tires on each side at the same time versus one corner at a time which is not good for your car to be jacked up with just one jack. The truck they sent had my tires in it when they got here and had all the right equipment positioned and installed in the truck to make mailing and balancing the tires just as good as at a pro shop if not better since the tec in the truck knows his name is personally on the job. They were very courteous also. Buying tires from any place other than the tire rack really doesn't make any sense unless you're under pressure to do so. Thanks, TireRack!

Buying 4 camber bolts, which shouldn't be that expensive. Shipping $16 for 4 bolts. Somewhat ruins the savings compare to other sites offering the same parts.

I accidentally added the wrong wheel color to my order. The person handling my order noticed that it was different from the previous order and helped me make the change. Very helpful since I didn't have to worry about getting the wrong wheel and sending it back. They caught my error before I did.

I ordered tires on Monday before Thanksgiving, after a thorough deep dive on the Tire Rack website. They promised a Wednesday delivery. The tires were delivered on Tuesday to Discount Tire. This was great news because on Monday I had a blowout with some lesser quality tires that I had to buy because I needed them immediately. However, I found that customer reviews and staff reviews have conflicting scores.
It's also difficult to understand what is the real difference between a Touring and Grand Touring tire from the same brand and how to compare tires between similar categories.
The tires I ordered arrived on time and installed by the local shop they integrate with.
The previous set I ordered lasted well below what they said it will, despite their recommendation.
