I have ordered about 5 sets of rims and tires, and 4 out of 5 times everything was spot on. The last time I had some issues with one of the TPMS devices installed and it would never sync correctly. Tire rack was not particularly helpful with the issue, and it's just tough to deal with them online when it needed to be looked at by a tire tech.
That being said, can't beat the prices and the convenience of ordering rims and tires from Tire rack and them showing up on my door step.
Have bought my tires from discount tire direct then after the merge with tire rack. Very pleased with the upfront pricing that includes shipping.

I am always looking for very specific tires, usually for 4x4s. Looking for a particular look. Your specs are accurate. Which makes it much easier dealing with bigger than stock tires. I like that you always list the country of origin. Your prices are always good.
Tire Rack is my first stop when shopping for tires. I do not buy cheap tires, and I do not buy store brand tires. I also do not shop for tires that are "close" to the same size that I need. Tire Rack rules all of that out. I plug in my tire size or vehicle information and I can shop for tires that are made in the sizes I need. Sometimes Tire Rack doesn't beat the price, but I always shop here first.
Ordered my last tires from TireRack. One tire was defective - it had a leak that could not be repaired within the first year. I had difficulty getting warranty/replacement. Hoping this set of tires goes better.

Excellent experience start to finish. I am a repeat SATISFIED customer for these reasons: broad product selection, fair pricing, speedy delivery. I appreciate that Tire Rack does its own testing and publishes the results without bias (pardon pun). Yes, I can go to Costco and perhaps get a slightly better price, but does Costco have a comparable inventory? No. Does Costco test tires? No. Is the customer service at Costco as good? No. Must I wait in line at Costco forever to be waited on by someone who probably isn't nearly as product-knowledgeable? Very likely. Unless someone offers me a set of four tires gratis, I won't consider buying elsewhere. I am a true-blue, diehard Tire Racj customer.

I have bought several sets of tires from Tire Rack over the last 25 years, and every transaction has gone as smoothly as can be, including several of your authorized installers. The ONLY problem I have ever had was today, when I tried to log into my account. It couldn't find my password, so I went thru the 'create a new password' THREE times, and each time your system told me my password change was successful, but each time I tried to log into with the 'new' password, it wouldn't log me in. I finally had to make the nearly $1500 purchase without logging into my account
I've purchased rims and tires exclusively from Tire Rack and get nothing but the best. A very convenient feature is having free shipping. What a great deal! My rims are all still like new.

Website wouldn't work with phone and took an hour to order 4 tires. Disappointed. Opened account to save $100. They didn't give me account number and third call to synchrony revealed they couldn't reveal it to me and I would have to wait 7-10 days for it to arrive in mail. Cancelled account. Boo!
Years ago I had purchased a set of tires to have installed at Tire Rack in S. Bend, Indiana. An elderly man (80?) started to work on my car. I told him there was no hurry, I could wait until a younger guy was available. He wouldn't have it so I went into the waiting area. I saw the worker's picture on the wall. I was expecting to see "employee of the month" but he was the owner. That earned my respect along with my business since then.

Answer: Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
