I spent a lot of time reviewing each type of tire available for my 4Runner. The buyer reviews and the Tire Rack reviews were very helpful in determining which tires I should buy for my needs.

Didn't think tires were still covered by Tire Rack 2 year warranty. To my amazement, it was. The phone call to customer service was worth it. I'm a Tire Rack customer for life. Great Job!

It's nice to be able to review all of the tires available and see pricing. I'm able to get exactly the tire I want, not the tire the tire stores want to sell me.

Went on line. Found what I wanted for my car and their system for finding the right tires is accurate. I chose "original." Easy

I've purchased a few times with Tire Rack and this time it wasn't just to buy tires. I was buying and researching Rims for a car-upgrade. They were seamlessly able to answer all of my questions (tire size, rim size, width, offset, etc) and they made sure everything I was buying was right for the car and the tires. Plus at the last minute I had to go one size up on the rims. Customer service was able to quickly work with me to modify my order in time before shipping. Great service all around!

Kept trying to place order. I suspect it was because it turned out Tire Rack did not have the correct tire size in stock. Why couldn't someone tell me that?

I have ordered from Tire Rack in the past and have been very satisfied with the ordering, delivery and product quality. This time though I did have an issue ordering through your website that locked up on me for 6 days and I was unable to place this order. Others tried to order for me and website locked up on them also. Old news now and order went through and I persisted

Website is so easy and helps you find what you need. If not you can call and they answer the phone quickly. Made my experience so peaceful!

I have purchased quite a few sets of tires from Tire Rack and have been always satisfied with the product. I can't believe I ordered tires on Black Friday and they showed up on Sunday. Great company!

I've been ordering with Tire Rack for 20 years now for several different cars. I love how I can compare the ratings of the different aspects of the tires such as wet/dry/snow traction, tread depth, mileage warranty etc. all important information when purchasing a tire for the specific environment or type of vehicle you need them for. And I've never been able to find a better deal on the same exact tires at local tire shops, who will normally try to talk you into other crappy brands because they get a kickback. I have yet to purchase a tire from tire rack I wasn't happy with after doing my research. They were exactly what I was expecting, or sometimes more!

Went through the selection process again, picked my tires, and they were delivered to my shop the next day. Been driving on them for a week. And they are perfect.

Have always ordered my tires from Tire Rack. I spent quite a few years in automotive service as a BMW service advisor. If there is one thing I know, if you BOUGHT cheap tires …. You GOT cheap tires and all the pitfalls of owning them. The ability to read reviews and compare ratings between tires, is priceless for a guy like me. I have 3 cars I'm in charge of, I quickly decipher all the tires ratings and reviews prior to making the purchase. The ability to research is why I keep purchasing from Tire Rack.

This is my go to for wheels and tires. They have a great selection and competitive prices. Also its convenient to order the wheels and tires already mounted and balanced so all we have to do is put them on. And they are delivered to our front door.

Tire rack was easy to navigate and I like that you can chose your own installer with the estimated installation fees provided up front.
