Greetings: Have serious reservations due to your BBB 'F' rating, and for now will just presume that it's tough to please all in any business, much less a used tire one. Only doing this as can barely afford your price, so feel like am taking a huge risk since a brand new one at Sears is only like85, but am struggling with your40. Since your return policy has me paying return shipping and a harsh restocking fee, no matter what can never get all my money back as I entrust you to fulfilling this much needed order.
