Whole process from beginning to end was pretty ready and the tires arrived as described and shown in the pictures.
I bought a tire here and received it in a timely manner. However, when I went to get it mounted, they pointed out it was the wrong size. I ordered a 225 P70 R16 and received a 215 P70 R16. I called and talked with a lady that told me I must have ordered it wrong, but if I paid for the shipping, I could return it for a refund. I don't want a refund. I want the correct-sized tire. I have always had good service from you. However, I don't think I should have to pay anything extra to get the tire I ordered. Hopefully someone will contact me and correct this.
You should ask for quantity of tires needed. Also your lowest price option does not work.

I was totally satisfied with my purchase.
The website was in Sacramento, CA and I expected the tire to ship from that location. It took 10 days to arrive from Penn. Too long a wait.
"New" tire had previously been mounted and driven on. There was slight tread blemishes and lots of rocks stuck on the tread.

The search function was somewhat difficult to use. It would be nice to be able to select the 2 or the search functions to narrow down the choice. Not a major issue. Everything else ok.
I appreciate how quick and easy this service was. I look forward to providing more feedback once tire is received and if product is as advertised
