I've been trying to login and buy these tires, and the system continued to kick me out no matter HOW accurate my info-input was. After a few hours, I was able to complete the purchase I desired. Though I'm a returning customer, it was a frustrating experience. I'm just glad I was able to get what I needed.
The online-store website is easy to navigate for products BUT, logging-in, and then the process to make a purchase is a painful experience. Login and logout procedure is a pain too. The online customer tools need to be designed to be more intuitive for the customer, or it will frustrate new/returning customers, and make it less likely for them to make a purchase from your store.

I had one tire on my car to go bad. The others had about ******* miles on them and looked great, so I needed one tire with about the same wear for balance. Where else was I going to get just one tire without buying new? The one I received looked almost new, but at a price much less than what I would have paid for a new one. I will gladly suggest your website to my friends.
One of the tires had a nail embedded vertically in the tread. Didn't expect that for sure!
I was able to dig the nail out and the interior surface was not yet punctured. That's good.
However, left undetected the nail would likely have been pushed deeper into the tread
As the tire wore and it would have eventually punctured the innermost surface

I bought 2 tires from here before and was very satisfied and they were very clean looking and in good shape. This time, I was a little disappointed in this tire because it was patched and I could see the hole in the tire and it was very dirty and looked more worn than 7-8. I will have to see how the tire is after it is put on the car.
Fairly easy overall. Thanks. I need more time driving on these tires to be sure they are a match to the new ones I already own. So far so good though and they were put on earlier today. Certainly the savings compared to new is a big plus.
