It should be known if the tires you are buying have plugs or patches in them. When I bought these tires there wasn't any mention that the one had a plug in it. I have had issues with plugs in the past and had I known one was in there I would not have purchased. Really a disappointment.
I think the experience is very good, but it could be better by mentioning allowing to search by tread wear percentage as well as tread depth. Tread depth doesn't seem to be easily measured, and I doubt most have the right measurement device for it.
