This is my 3rd set of used tires that I am purchasing from bestusedtires.com Great Quality and very satisfied!
I bought 4 tire and when I went to have them installed one of the tires had a nail in it.
I called bestusedtires and told them about it and they told me that if the tire is repairable to have it taken care of and bestusedtires will reimburse for the repair.
I was very pleased that bestusedtires stand behide there products and service.
Order was placed with respect to the 'same day shipping' cutoff time, planning to have the tires at my house by a particular date according to the time in transit map. I monitored the status of my order through the day, noticing that it changed to some odd 'pending fraud' status instead of being shipped. Contacted B.U.T. To see what it meant, only to hear that they weren't really sure why it went into fraud status and it probably would've just sat there if it wasn't brought to their attention. Fortunately, they were able to fix it and still managed to get them shipped that day. UNfortunately, due to their poor packaging/labeling on the tires, they ended up sitting at a FedEx facility less than 5 miles from my house for 2 days because FedEx didn't know where they were supposed to go. Note that the tires went from the original FedEx departure facility right to my local facility, so it's not like the label failed because they were getting tossed all around as they went across the entire country. To compound the frustration, a holiday weekend + FedEx Home Delivery not delivering that Tuesday(because they are normally off on Mondays) resulted in receiving the tires 5 days after I should have.
