I did not know what SRO meant, and it was not described when I ordered. I am elderly, and it was 95 degrees and no shade until 9 pm. Some wonderful man let us sit in seats as it was not crowded. You should describe the area when some one orders them.

Price accuracy, and placing the order was great. I received a confirmation email, then a second email explaining the tickets were a transfer and I would be notified when the transfer occurred, but never received anything else. Second email also had a link to check the status, but it would not link for me. After 5 hours of nothing and knowing I needed to leave for my event, I requested help through via email that wasn't fast enough so I figured out how to chat with an agent. The AI portion of the chat took me in a loop asking if I need help resolving my ticket. Luckily the agent (John I believe) was able to push through the transfer, which left me a little confused on what to show to the parking attendants, but it all worked out in the end. Main issue was the transfer holdup, but otherwise a decent service.
Thought I was buying tickets from another company, my bad for not paying better attention. Extra fees, no refund option and I still don't know what seats I purchased
I didn't realized I was paying for a ticket that had been marked up 200%. I should have bought straight from the venue.
