It would be helpful to have a better understanding of the various ticket options per Stir Cove seating map. For example, does purchasing a ticket for the Deck mean the deck next to the Stage or the deck near the entrance. Does it lock in seating? Knowing this information would have led me to purchase those seats; instead, I purchased GA and will hope for the best.

Price was advertised at $17 and was about an additional $17 added at checkout equaling $31.42. I would've rather had total price prior to purchasing.

At first it was a little confusing to receive several emails from TicketsOnSale with confirmation of my order stating that my tickets were coming soon & confirm that I received them. I also got emails stating that my tickets were being transferred to me from the team or box office & I needed to download them. I did have to get in touch with customer support & everything was cleared up. I found out that the email with the tickets came from Ticket Master- Maybe it would have been clearer if this was stated on the original email from TicketsOnSale where the email with my tickets were coming from. (I have several tickets for different shows, so I thought the TicketMaster email was for a different show.)
Selecting and purchasing the tickets was easy. I received prompt confirmation.

The tickets are costing almost twice what they would have cost. I accidentally went to your site. Your prices are the same as the venue here in Canada but you are US dollars and nowhere does it say that. I have been ripped off in my opinion.
