As a senior citizen, I would rather talk to a real person. I still don't know where my seat is for certain. Behind a pole? For the high price we pay, could you provide a phone number as an alternative to ordering on-line. Very hard to go to a local game and support the Rays.

I was under the impression that I "had" to order the tickets due to space running out, maybe that's the case or maybe it wasn't... I'm not completely sure. I ordered the tickets & received my confirmation email along with the email containing the actual tickets, same day may I add. It was then I noticed I over paid for the tickets... General Admission $20 and I paid $54 each. It's not too terrible. This would be the only downfall or disappointment for me.
