I made an order and immediately tried to cancel when I realized that the fees are in USD but was told that I was unable to. I ended up paying double what I would have paid if I had ordered from a Canadian company. Very unhappy :(
I was able to pick my tickets and follow the prompts and secure my tickets. I received confirmation of my purchase. I then received a notication of my order being processed. Then I received noiltice mt tickets were ready to transfer to me.

After purchasing my tickets and getting a receipt, I moved on with my day. Over the next several days, I was instructed to confirm that I got the tickets. Well, I didn't get "tickets", just a receipt. I bought them. After a daily email for 4 days, I click on the "get tickets", then I am instructed to put in a code, then instructed to put in my phone to access a special code, it's sent to my phone, I am instructed to sign up for the MLB site (requesting my birth year), and then instructed to put in another special code to only to tell me I have to download the app. So here I am, 20 minutes later, and I still don't have the "tickets". BUT before I could download the app, I got this BS request to rate my experience. I rarely rate experiences, but I hope their marketing department sees this. AND before I ever suggest to anyone looking for tickets through the team website (MLB), I'd tell them to go directly to the park the day of and get tickets from the box office. This was for a Spring training game... for god's sake, what do they do for a World Series game, ask for your damn blood type?
Won't be using this site again as I quickly found out I paid 150% more for the tickets versus purchasing form the local venue link. Lesson learned.

On March 4, I purchased tickets through your website. It was only after receiving the confirmation that I realized the price was in U.S. dollars. Since the website was entirely in English, it was difficult for me to clearly understand the currency before confirming the purchase.
This situation results in approximately $200 more than I expected to pay.
Therefore, I respectfully request the cancellation of this transaction and a refund for the tickets.

I received my tickets shortly after placing the order. Granted I didn't know I was getting them from a 3rd party bc I was on Ticketmaster website. So far everything is ok but my event isn't until August so I guess we will see.
I signed onto Ticketmaster, tickets for my seats were $86, when I clicked on my seats it sent me to your site. I'm not happy that you charge $40-$50 more for the same ticket! I would like to be refunded for the toral amount as I was ripped off! Please refund to my credit card.
Can't find access to a sign in to receive my tickets. There should be link to download or an app but so far I can't find one. Customer service is lacking.
Bought my tickets on pre sale and couldnt get an answer on when i would get them (this was a major problem for me). Got told i could get them just 2 days before the show but i had to book a flight and hotel. I was also scared of getting scammed. I received my ticket as soon as they released them ( 7 month before the show got transfered on ticketmaster app what a relief that was)
In not certain if I bought a tickets directly from the event organizer or individuals who resold them for profit. Also the tickets I receive only identified my seats, but no QR code with it. Wondering why this is the case. All the tickets received from sporting events have a QR code.
So far so good on the experience. Just a bit on edge since I don't have the tickets yet, but all my searches show that the website isn't a scam and has decent reviews!

My daughter was trying to buy tickets to her school concert and accidentally ended up her rather than Ticketmaster. She ended up paying 3x face value for a middle school orchestra show. She did get the tickets though, so that part was good. I hope the guy who transferred the ticket enjoyed the $20 that a middle schooler got tricked into paying
I had no issues with my order so far. The order of seat reservation was made easily. However, once I ordered, I only received a confirmation email in exchange for the full payment with promise seller will begin transfer when they receive tickets. Since the show is in 2027, I expect that transaction will take place awhile from now. I will wait to provide a review once a smooth receipt of tickets is accomplished, My review will reflect the overall service at completion.
I went back and forth and back and forth - the prices fluctuated so much and then when i decided to purchase them - it was sky high - then i went to another site and they were half the price - will never buy from them again.

Answer: Terrible do not use this company, you will not get your tickets or your refund
Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
Answer: They refuse to give refunds especially if the event is cancelled. Do not buy from Them
