I thought I was buying original tickets but not sure if these are secondary market. It says I may not get my tickets until like the day before. I don't want to book travel if there is a chance my tickets fall through. Super confusing.
While buying the ticket I did not notice that the price was provided in USD. I did not assume that buying a ticket in Canada to a Canadian venue would be provided in anything else but CAD. So I was shocked when I have seen the conversion and the charge on my credit card. I wish the currency was clearly displayed.

I made the mistake of just clicking on this site instead of going to the actual venue's website. These guys are resellers and literally twice, if not more, expensive. Such a huge racket - it should be illegal. I know it's "buyer beware" but it sucks that this kind of scamming and greed has become so ruthless.
I was able to by my Metallica Sphere ticket without any issues, compared to so many people who had very poor experiences with ticket master. It was more than I could afford, but hey, how many times in this lifetime will you be able to see Metallica at the Sphere.
I have yet to receive my e tickets for an event that I ordered and paid for in October, 2025. My event is in 3 days, and I have to driver an hour to the venue. I want to know that I have my ticket when I arrive.

I didnt understand that I was paying $150 dollars per ticket for standing room only. I would like a refund but they said no refund. What a scam. Never again.
I found cheaper tickets on Ticketmaster website directly, exactly half the cost of buying these. Could not refund on your site or cancel at all.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
