Hello, it was easy to order but I am not able to give a 5 star review until I actually receive the tickets.
The ticket sale was flawless and will be using again. Much easier than the previous route I have used in the past. Me and my family are very excited about this concert and can't wait til it gets gere
The ticket purchase went fine. Then I received an email that lead me to believe I had to confirm my purchase. The button was simply to lead me to their review page under the pretense of confirmation.
Was easy to use but my confirmation only told me the section, the row and that I have two tickets. I have no idea if the seats are beside each other.

Took a while after I made the purchase before I received my tickets due to some middle-man involved (I bought from TicketsOnSale's site, but receive the tickets from some random Nathan 3 days later). Process was confusing with several emails. However I was able to save tickets to my app.
Not sure why but my tickets were cancelled by the seller a few days after I bought them. I was refunded but that's not the issue. I don't have tickets to the event I really wanted to see after planning a whole weekend around the event.
So far, so good. Communication is good. But haven't received tickets yet. I received an email saying that my tickets have been transferred, but do not see a link to download them.
