Disappointed that they added a service fee to each ticket. They didn't even allow me to choose seats. Our seats are one apart. That should not be. Why would somebody order a pair of tickets and not be seated together? I was able to choose our seats for the Elvis competition last weekend. Also they added $16 each ticket to secure, without notice. Not pleased at all!
I knowingly paid a high premium to purchase tickets to an upcoming event. The highest cost option was seating somewhere in Rows A-H. It would have been far better to display the actual seats. Nonetheless, when the tickets were provided a day or more after purchase, they were in the last row, H, far corner. Basically, the worst seats given the parameters offered.
