Paid over double what i could have got the same tickets from Ticketmaster. Was redirected to your site when I Googled Ticketmaster and purchased these by mistake. Tried to cancel immediately when I realized I was not on the actual Ticketmaster site and was told that there were no refunds or cancellations. Misleading at best.

Answer: I received the link and the tickets were transferred successfully however I have known of others who experienced difficulty. The only advice is to pay attention to the due date established for you to receive your tickets and if you do not receive them by the date guaranteed then call the vendor. Don't let extra time go by or wait until the day of the event. They are supposed to provide support if you experience difficulty with the transaction.
