Website appeared to be venue ticket office. Purchased thru your website believing it was. When recieved confirmation email realized it was a 3rd party resale. Tickets at acutual venue box office were still available, i over paid by +30% on base tickets plus transaction fees.

Did not receive my tkts initially. Had chats with customer relations-still no tkts. They finally had the sender re-send the tkts -which did arrive. Two days of anxiety. Customer relations on phone was not reassuring and clearly felt the buyer was not their customer-the seller was. Better training for customer relations staff is clearly needed.
