I tried to buy reserve tickets to the Phillies vs Rays game. I thought that they were all bought. I received a phone call that they weren't available so I had to get General admission tickets which were cheaper. They said I would receive a credit for the difference. I haven't seen it yet. I went to the game and nobody was in the original seats that I tried to buy. Your processing needs to be fixed. I will now try to get my money back if not I will have to dispute it through my credit card.
