I will not be getting my tickets until the day before the concert
I was send to parking garage that is nowhere near the venue, it is an empty lot with not a single hotel or building near especially the venue that I am suppose to go. I want a refund of this parking purchase. I did not use the parking exited and drove 10 more minutes to the venue parking garage instead.

Bought a parking pass for a Lions preseason game. My lot wasn't displayed on any maps provided while buying and the address provided was for Ford Field. I wasn't given the actual address until after purchase. The rates charged are also not the same as what is being charged that day. Before any service fees to taxes, I paid $32. Got to the parking lot and it was $15 for the day. So basically, I got to pay double to park almost 30 minutes away from the stadium. It's safe to say I'll never try this again.
