Great experience we had our tickets on time. The game.was very good and exciting, we would go again to this stadium
Would rather not spend the time going into specific details, other than the fact that I accidentally entered entered an incorrect email address, but didn't find out about it until the next day when I got an email stating the order had not been accepted, and didn't tell me why. I had to find a number to call, then it took almost 1/2 hour to get everything resolved.
When i purchased a ticket for a concert that I wanted to see, I didn't think much of it till it was time to go in, and when I checked my ticket to get into the concert I realized that I was sold a tick for an entirely different concert. Nothing else seems bad though so take it as you will
I overpaid for tickets and have no tickets! I feel misled, possibly scammed. I did not know I was dealing with a 3rd-party ticket seller. I did not know the price was in US dollars and am sickened by the amount charged to my credit card. I won't know if I have the tickets I requested until the day before the event. I wish I could get a full refund; I don't think I will be able to enjoy the event after this experience.
No signage or direction on where to pick up tickets. Stood in line for 15 minutes before be directed to another tent. Should have been in the email or signage not by word of mouth. Shows were great. Concession was too congested and a nightmare. Good food though. Stood in line over an hour. All line were thus way. Parking was the disaster. No coordinated parking, parked all over area. We were parked at the far side.eben though we were there at 445. Later arrivals were parked much closer. Only 3 shuttle busses. There needs to be at least 10 or more. Most everyone walked over a half a mile over rocks and uneven ground. No signage, no lighting on pathways after show was over. While the shows were first rate and the food was good. The parking and wait times were bad enough that we would choose another venue before this one. Lots of opportunity to improve!
I find the site to be easy when you purchase but then difficult to find evidence of your purchase. A bit anxiety inducing.

I had to contact your team a couple of times and multiple attempts to receive a confirmation & link to tickets purchased. Very frustrating on top of not being able to speak to anyone directly.
Onkyreason for 3 stars is I would've preferred to get the tickets earlier than the day before so I know that I have them in hand
