This site purchased my ticket when I was not ready to order it and was unauthorized. I tried to cancel it right after ordering it, using the *******582 number and I also e-mailed them. They said they would not refund me! I am reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. I am also filing a claim on my card with Capital One to get my money back. This is an unethical website. Do not use them.

This is the second time you've asked this question...It was easy to order the tickets, but the actual seats are not visible on the map-just sections and first and last row of each section, with no indication which letter begins further in front...That is irritating. I also would like some idea when the tickets will arrive on my email and be downloadable or printable.
