This is the first time I've purchased concert tickets from this particular website, and although it has been a pretty smooth and straight forward process/experienced thus far, I am feeling a little uneasy as my credit card has been charged the full amount, but I have yet to receive my tickets.
Ticketmaster site wouldn't allow me to update my email address. Also the site wouldn't let me "claim" my tickets for several attempts. Frustrating.
It is disappointing being unable to choose my exact seat, especially at this price point.
The ticket i chose was 1 for 35$ but at checkout was 98$. I was charged triple price. Will not use the site again and will absolutely not be recommending it to anyone else
Difficult cults buying using website. My location was fort pierce billing address was canada and wanted electronic delivery, went around in circles many times trying to buy timer on purchase expired several times but seemed to reset but finally seemed to accept my card but I could not tell what I had done different. In the end I could not tell weather I had a parking spot or not could not reach phone number. Eventually I received an email saying my ticket was available while I was driving to the location. Usually one gets a confirmation saying purchase is confirmed and ticket would be available in X time as the site did not indicate there would be a delay getting the actual tickets. I had printed a the website confirmation as I thought that was all I was getting. So overall not a great experience. At Geico garage when I had placed ticket in my phone wallet all went fine.
